PRODUCTION MONITORING AND INSPECTION

Our Quality Assurance team consistently monitors the production process through regular inspections starting from checking and approving the raw materials. Samples are collected at various stages and sent to the buyers for their approvals. Final inspections are made prior to shipment in accordance with the customers specified standards. Regular stock takings and production calculations of running orders is done at the mills to ensure that the contracted shipment timelines are met. We review our quality policy on yearly basis by evaluating our services in light of customer feed back, complaints received and business analysis. Internal audits, training programs, CPA ( Corrective and Preventive Actions) system and monthly MR (Management Review) meetings are conducted in order to asses the compliance of our management system and make necessary changes for further improvement.
